Certainly one of the most popular attractions in our Gymnastics Club are the bars. Not just for competition level gymnasts this equipment offers training options for all ages from toddlers that can hang from the low bar doing simple leg lifts up to adults that want to build strength and tone doing chin ups and pullups and even basic gymnastics like "pull-up-round" and swings.

For more advanced gymnasts we also have a "shiny bar" which allows easier execution of more difficult moves like "giants" to be practiced.

All bar based training is under the supervision of qualified gymnastics coaches.
